What can I do if I can't find the product I'm looking for on the website?

Are the prices on the webshop inclusive of VAT?
All our prices include local VAT.
How much do I pay for shipping?
Shipping is free for orders in the Netherlands over €250. For orders under this amount, we charge €7,00. For more information about shipping costs outside the Netherlands, click here.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
We strive to dispatch all orders by the next business day at the latest. Within the Netherlands, delivery with DHL typically takes one day. Click here for more information about delivery times to other countries.

Why can I not pay with Klarna?
At Japan TKY we take our social responsibility seriously by not offering the “buy now pay later” principle. The business model of such companies is partly based on charging high credit interest rates. We see it as our responsibility to help prevent our customers from getting into financial difficulties.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we currently ship to the following countries: the Netherlands, Germany, Luxembourg, Belgium, France, Italy, Austria, and Denmark.
How can I track my order?
You can track your Japan TKY order via the shipping confirmation email, which includes a track & trace link with the latest status and tracking information. Once your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a link to track the delivery with the carrier (such as DHL).
How does Japan TKY clothing fit?
Japan TKY uses a standard Western European fit. A size 36 generally corresponds to a size Small, and so on. For each product, you can find additional fit details in the product description, where we indicate if an item runs slightly smaller or
larger.
How do I choose the right size?
Check the size guide on the product page, as each item has its own measurements. Compare these with a similar item you already own for the best fit.

Exchanges & Returns
How do I return my purchase?
Go to our refund portal (via https://japantky.shipping-portal.com/rp/) and register your return by uploading your own return label. Use your postal code and the packing slip or tracking number you received by email with your order. Please note: for returns we charge €4.95. This amount will be deducted from your refund. If you are unable to complete the process via the portal, please contact us at e-com@japantky.com. Always include your order number in your email so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
