From meticulously sourced tuna to fresh North Sea fish, personally selected every morning by chef Kuniyoshi Ohtawara. Thanks to their expertise and direct relationships with suppliers, they know exactly where their products come from and how to bring out the very best in them.

We had the opportunity to design and produce Hokkai Kitchen’s workwear. It was important that the clothing not only looked professional, but also met the demanding requirements of a dynamic working environment.
That is why we chose our signature Premium Travel Jersey. This high quality fabric has been at the heart of Japan TKY collections for many years and is known for its exceptional comfort and practical qualities. The fabric is wrinkle resistant, breathable, lightweight and quick drying, with comfortable four way stretch. It also retains its shape over time, even with intensive wear.
